KitClip legal
Privacy Policy
KitClip is built by Oak & Finch Interactive LLC. We designed KitClip to work without an account and to keep your saved library on your device.
Content you save
Text, links, images, PDFs, documents, files, Kit names, favorites, and other content you add to KitClip are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a server that receives or stores this library. Your content leaves the app only when you choose an action such as opening, copying, exporting, or sharing it.
Purchases and subscriptions
KitClip uses Apple’s in-app purchase system and RevenueCat to offer and manage KitClip Pro. Apple processes payment details. RevenueCat may process purchase history, subscription status, app-user identifiers, device and app information, and diagnostic information needed to provide and troubleshoot entitlements. KitClip does not receive your full payment-card details.
Apple services
Features such as the Share Sheet, keyboard extension, widgets, file importers, and App Store purchases use services provided by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and privacy practices. The keyboard does not request Full Access and is designed to read only the KitClip snippets made available to it through the app’s shared container.
Diagnostics and analytics
KitClip does not include third-party advertising or behavioral tracking. Apple may provide aggregated App Store analytics and crash diagnostics according to your device and App Store privacy settings. Purchase-related events are used in the app to operate and troubleshoot subscription access.
Accounts, selling, and advertising
KitClip does not require an account. We do not sell your personal information, build advertising profiles, or show third-party ads.
Data retention and deletion
You control the content stored in KitClip. You can delete individual items or Kits inside the app. Deleting KitClip removes its locally stored app data, subject to device backups or system retention controlled by Apple. Purchase records remain with Apple and RevenueCat as needed to maintain or restore your subscription and meet legal obligations.
Children
KitClip is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as KitClip changes. We will post the current version here and revise the effective date above.
