Terms of Use

Effective August 8, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of KitClip, provided by Oak & Finch Interactive LLC. By downloading or using KitClip, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable terms.

Using KitClip

KitClip gives you tools to save and reuse content on supported Apple devices. You are responsible for the content you store and for ensuring you have the right to copy, save, use, and share it. Do not use KitClip for unlawful activity or to violate the rights of others.

Free and Pro access

The free version currently supports up to 3 Kits and 25 saved items. KitClip Pro unlocks unlimited Kits and items while your entitlement remains active. Features and limits may evolve, but changes will not remove access you are legally entitled to under Apple’s purchase rules.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans, prices, durations, and any trial terms are shown before purchase in the app and are processed through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Apple’s policies govern billing, refunds, and payment disputes.

Your data and backups

Your KitClip library is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining suitable device backups and exported copies of content you cannot replace. Deleting content, deleting the app, losing a device, or changing device settings may result in data loss.

Availability and changes

We work to keep KitClip useful and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for product, security, legal, or platform reasons.

Intellectual property

KitClip, its design, software, branding, and related materials belong to Oak & Finch Interactive LLC or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app; they do not transfer ownership of KitClip to you.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KitClip is provided “as is” and without warranties not expressly required by law. Oak & Finch Interactive LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost content, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limitations may not fully apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using KitClip at any time. We may restrict access if required by law or if use materially violates these terms. Pro subscription management and cancellation remain subject to Apple’s systems.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. We will post the current version here and revise the effective date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
